What’s the minimum order?
Minimums are low for boutique events and scale to hundreds of thousands — tell us your quantity and we’ll price it.
How does bulk pricing work?
Per-unit pricing drops as volume rises. Your quote shows the price at each quantity break.
Do you offer a price-match guarantee?
Yes — we’ll match any comparable competitor’s bulk quote so you never overpay.
How do I get a quote?
Use the Get a Quote form or call/text us. We reply with a mockup and price within one business day.
Design & artwork
Do you design for me?
Yes — send your logo and colors and our team returns a polished, print-ready mockup free.
What files do you need?
A logo (vector preferred), your colors, and any text. No logo yet? Send a sketch or reference and we’ll build it.
Can I see a proof before I pay?
Always. You approve a photo-real mockup with unlimited revisions before any charge.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes — Pantone-matched colors and full-color printing.
Products & options
What credentials do you make?
Lanyards, wristbands, badges & passes, badge reels and holders, and on-brand merch — all custom.
Do you offer RFID / access control?
Yes — RFID and barcode wristbands and badges for cashless and access control.
Can you personalize each credential?
Yes — variable-data printing for names, roles, numbers, and QR/barcodes.
What materials and finishes are available?
Fabric, tyvek, and silicone wristbands; woven, printed, and eco lanyards; laminated and holographic passes, and more.
Production & shipping
How long does production take?
Standard production ships in about 2–3 weeks from approval, with rush options for tight dates.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the country and plan delivery around your event date.
Do you have rush options?
Yes — rush production and expedited shipping are available when the date is firm.
Payment
Do I pay upfront?
No — you only pay once you approve your mockup and final quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and standard business payment methods; details are on your quote.
